A dual American/British citizen, Jocelyn began her career at Sotheby’s in New York before hopping over the Atlantic, to London, to do an MBA at the Cass Business School. Now, having been a PR and communications specialist for over 20 years, she has worked as the head of communications for organisations operating internationally in the branding, architecture and design industries, helping them to reposition and grow their businesses. Amongst many great achievements this involved; managing the communications at branding agencies the Brand Union (part of WPP) and Wolff Olins as well as for RSM Robson Rhodes, a top 20 UK accountancy practice and architectural practice Percy Thomas Partnership.

Having worked with Mustard since its beginning and with Lucy at Research International before that, Jocelyn has extensive experience in planning and managing PR campaigns in the market research industry.
