ESOMAR’s 2012 annual congress was recently held in Atlanta, Georgia where Mustard’s director, Lucy Davison, was photographed on the Research Now Formula 1 simulator. The workshop ran all day and was focused on how to communicate effectively, peppered with exercises involving painting, storyboarding, learning from journalists, creating a communication brief and thinking visually.
