On the 25th September, we were thrilled to join Women in Research and Logica to announce the winners of the Best Places to Work award at the ESOMAR Congress in Berlin. Greenberg Strategy came in first place, while EMI Research Solutions was named as runner-up.

Keen as Mustard, Logica and WIRe created the award to celebrate companies who do the most to support women working within the industry. The award judges noted that Greenberg Strategy stood out from the other shortlisted companies due to flexibility around working location as well as maternity and paternity leave, among other benefits for both male and female employees. Greenberg’s emphasis on flexibility is not only built into the company’s framework but is also apparent in every day working life for all employees—a quality highly desired by respondents to the Best Places to Work study (completed by Logica in early 2018) that informed the award criteria.

We were thrilled with the overall success of the award. In its first year it received 56 entries from 43 companies and upwards of 150 people attended the WIRe Luncheon to see the results of the study and hear the winners announced. We are proud to have been a part of an award that celebrates environments that encourage women to thrive and hope that the award inspires more MRX organisations to consider how they support and promote gender equality.
